Kim Anderson delivers a long time of board and government expertise to SiteMinder’s diverse leadership
Sydney, Australia – SiteMinder, the world’s top open lodge commerce platform, has formally appointed Kim Anderson as an unbiased, non-govt director. Kim will be assuming the purpose of Chair of SiteMinder’s Folks and Lifestyle Committee.
Kim’s appointment is the latest appointment of an unbiased director at SiteMinder, subsequent Jenny Macdonald and Pat O’Sullivan’s appointments in Oct past 12 months, to further bolster governance and provide more variety to SiteMinder’s Board.
Kim provides more than 30 years’ board and govt experience to SiteMinder from a variety of media and e-commerce businesses. Kim is the previous CEO and founder of Examining Room Inc (bookstr.com), CEO of Southern Star Entertainment, and has held senior executive positions at PBL and Ninemsn. She is at present a non-executive director of Carsales (ASX:Car), Marley Spoon AG (ASX:MMM), Invocare Ltd (ASX:IVC) and Infomedia (ASX:IFM). She serves as Chair of the Remuneration, People today and Tradition Committee on all her boards.
